DMIC
After a review staff meeting at the end of last term with Generosa Leach, our Mentor from the DMIC programme, I have spent time reviewing all the information I have to see how I can improve the development and achievement in mathematics of my students. The video above has been very helpful to me and I intend to view it several times to help me to be clear on my planning and preparation of rich mathematical tasks.

23/10/18 I feel excited because as I complete JAM testing with my students, I am seeing really great shifts in their learning, understanding and knowledge in mathematics. They have improved in their ability to explain their mathematical thinking. This gives me a boost to keep putting in the extra effort that it all takes.
